Coordinated incident management with Capita using Remedy platforms. Supported over 100 applications and customer‑facing websites, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Firmus Energy Change of Supplier Process - was the first project the company delivered which had only 4 defects upon completion. This was due to my requirements documentation as the Developer was able to clearly understand and deliver the expected outcome

Etain Software / Ulster Bank

Sub-contracted into Ulster Bank to assist with enhancing their NI, ROI and Group websites.
Updated XML/XSLT content on Ulster Banks website.
Managed my own workload and communication between many internal customers.
Received personal recognition for my pleasant approach and dedication to delivering top quality websites from the Head of Digital Banking. Due to my work ethic, I was able to encourage the bank to grow the internal team resulting in a £100k profit for my employer.

Etain Software

Developed new and existing websites using ASP.NET and Kentico CMS using the Requirements Specification or Change Control document as reference.
Integrated 'TheStreat' website with KenticoCMS, HTML/CSS styles were provided by the Graphics & Design team, personal favourite feature being the Google API search for the 5 closest outlets using Postcode or Town name.
Worked on numerous websites such as NMNI.com’s picture library, Belfast City Airports redesign, CITB and North Down Borough Council and various change requests to lots of websites.
Troubleshooting and fixing bugs on many websites
Contributed towards the development of a mobile project using KendoUI for Golf Union Ireland (GUI)
